Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
If a payment is deducted multiple times due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.
